You decide which websites your AI agents use and which personal data they handle there; make sure you are allowed to process it.

5. Who we share data with

We use these service providers to run AgentDaftar. They process data for us under contract:

We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or with a buyer if our business is sold (they must keep this policy). Some providers are outside your country, including outside India; we use them only where the law allows such transfers.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it (unless we must keep it by law), or stop processing that is based on your consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act. Most details can be changed in the panel; for anything else, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Servers sign every message to the panel with their own key, links to computers expire within minutes, access tokens for AI apps are short-lived and can be revoked in Settings, and offsite backups are encrypted before they leave the server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
