Refund and Cancellation Policy

AgentDaftar is an online subscription service. This policy explains how cancelling works and when we give refunds.

1. Free trial

Every new company can use AgentDaftar free for 14 days with one computer. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends; you choose whether to buy a plan.

2. Delivery of the service

The service is delivered online. Your plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. A managed server is created automatically and is normally ready within 15 minutes. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Cancelling a plan

• The company owner can cancel any time on the Billing page of the panel, or by emailing [email protected] from the owner's email address.
• Cancelling stops renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• For payments through Cashfree, cancelling also cancels the UPI or card mandate (autopay).

4. Managed servers

A managed server is billed monthly. You can delete it any time on the Servers page; billing for it stops at once and it is not charged again. Deleting a server permanently erases its disk, so download anything you need first.

5. Refunds

Because you can try AgentDaftar free first, payments for a month that has started are generally not refunded, including when you cancel part way through the month. We do refund in full:

• a duplicate payment, or a charge made after you had cancelled;
• an incorrect amount charged because of our mistake;
• a month in which the service was unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days because of a problem on our side.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of the payment with your company name and the invoice number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank or card processing may add a few days).

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we email you and keep the service running for 7 days. After that, access is paused and managed servers are switched off until the payment is made; your data is not deleted at that point.
